2002 Grey Mare
*Glenormiston Flurry Knox X Hideaway's Irish Mist

Wildwych Arcana is a bay going grey purebred Connemara filly.  Arcana will mature a little oversized, like her dam, Hideaway's Irish Mist.  It's always a guess of course, but I'd say Arcana will finish around 14.3H.

Arcana is an excellent athlete and a very strong mover.  While she would be fine to hack about in the field, Arcana will have the talent to do far more than that.  Like her great-uncle Hideaway's Erin Go Bragh, I could see eventing in her performance future. 

Arcana has excellent type, with a Connemara head, large bone and joints and a substantial body.  Her look is more like her dam's and maternal grandsire *Rocky's--a little more horsey (though no less typical) than many of my others.  She's very Irish in looks, and I think would be well liked there.

As a breeding mare, she should do well.  She's somewhat a rare line, as Mist was *Rocky's only American daughter.  *Rocky was the Clifden Supreme Champion before he was imported to the US.  He had a couple of stallion sons and Mist and was gelded.  Arcana would bring a unique pedigree to any breeding program.  With her pedigree, I'd expect Arcana to be a strong broodmare.
